    April 29, 2010, (Sawf News) - Katrina Kaif is not on Twitter and Shammi Kapoor yahoos on it. So does that mean they won't ever meet over a cuppa, like Shammi and Deepika Padukone did recently?

    No they could, because Katrina is ready to swing buy anytime Shammi Kapoor wants his caffeine fix. She may not be on twitter but lives in a cellular world!

    However, we don't believe Shammi Kapoor ever evinced interest in meeting Katrina. Certainly not over his Twitter account, which we, like all good out of idea journalists, monitor.

    If you think we are blabbering, here is the last blabber.

    Katrina says she will never be on Twitter, because she values her privacy. She almost makes it sound as if Twitter is a bird that will follow her around, even into the wash room, and keep tweeting what it is seeing.

Katrina Kaif Lonely in the crowded city

    Katrina Kaif, who is the hottest and the most sought after lady in bollywood, is sure going places. The lady is considered a lucky charm and every producer wants to work with her some day.

    However, everything in the world comes for a price, and in Kat’s case, its stardom. Yes in deed, the lady who’s got everything under the Sun, has a curious feeling of loneliness these days.

The gorgeous beauty is sort of being trained to be a good mother all thanks to ‘Tees Maar Khan’ director Farah Khan’s babies.

    According to latest reports, the actress is so much enamored by the director’s triplets, Czar, Diva, Anya that she rushes to be with them whenever she is free.

    A source said to a news daily that while shooting for ‘Tees Maar Khan’ at Malshej ghat, the lovely actress met the three babies in their specially made nursery. After that Kat couldn’t stay away with them and even the babies took to the actress. Apparently, the minute Farah would call for a ‘cut’, Katrina would rush to the babies; play with them and shower affection on them. In other words, she loved baby-sitting for Farah’s kids.

What’s Up With Katrina Kaif?


    While Katrina Kaif‘s new slim look is sending the mercury soaring, the actress is dividing her time between a rigorous fitness regime, shooting for Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan, and taking time out for her favorite social cause, children.

    The gorgeous actor, who was polled as the No. 1 hot and sexy Bollywood star (Read Interview) by a magazine, recently inaugurated a program meant for the care of abandoned toddlers. She even took a private charter from Bombay to Tamil Nadu to visit the orphanage.

    However, the actress had to cancel plans to fly to London for her maternal grandfather’s 90th birthday last week, as flights were cancelled due to ash from Iceland’s volcano.

    As far as films are concerned, the actress recently redubbed her lines for Prakash Jha’s Raajneeti, where she plays a politician.     Bollywood is flooded with a number of sleazy actresses who, at the moment, are battling it out for the number one spot. Not counting the veterans like Aishwarya or Rani or Kajol, the relatively younger ones are often in the news for a rat race to the throne.

    However, none of them likes to accept the ongoing catfight which may very well be true. For instance, our very own Kat aka Katrina Kaif washes her hands off this debatable issue and puts her point strongly as she asserts that there is a space for them to co-exist in this wide and monstrous Bollywood. She also feels that we need to get out of this clichéd attitude and take a leaf or two from our Hollywood counterpart where there is no such hysterical hullabaloo over actresses with each getting her own space to spread her legs.

    In her own words, “If one of us (either of the Bollywood belles) can’t accept a role, which the other one does because of simple things like date issues, the press makes a hullabaloo. That is part of the movie business. However, this doesn’t make us arch rivals. Since there is just certain number of actresses who are marketable, certain projects keep doing the rounds. What is wrong in that? The role in Clint Eastwood’s Million Dollar Baby was offered to Sandra Bullock before it went to Hillary Swank. I don’t see anyone in Hollywood creating a drama or hysteria about it. Here in Bollywood, people try to make it seem like we are kids in the playground.”
