Actor Sean Penn is reportedly dating Shannon Costello, former communications director of the actor's J/P Haitian Relief Organization, which helps those affected by the nation's devastating 2010 earthquake.
Shannon Costello 26, is now a producer, and will be working on Ron Howard's upcoming project Under The Banner of Heaven, according to People.com.
And the couple looked close as they held hands heading to a Miami, Florida restaurant on Friday.
Sean Penn, 50, was also linked to actress Garcelle Beauvais in June. He and Robin Wright divorced in 2010 after 14 years of marriage. Penn and first wife, Madonna, split in 1989.
