Julianna Margulies suffered a nightmare journey getting to the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday (18September11) after her flight to Los Angeles was cancelled.
'The Good Wife' star and her husband Keith Lieberthal were expected to fly in from New York on Saturday afternoon (17September11) but their plans were thrown into disarray when they were held up at the airport - and Julianna Margulies faced an extra nightmare because she'd yet to decide on her red carpet outfit.
But the 45 year old actress refused to let the drama spoil her big night as she stepped in front of the cameras outside the Nokia Theatre.
Wearing a white Armani Prive dress, Julianna Margulies told E! TV's Ryan Seacrest, I did find the dress last night at nine. (It was) not good.
'There's a long story of how I got here. My flight got cancelled, my husband and I ended up in coach, sitting in the middle (section) away from each other. It was a big day yesterday but we made it and now we're having a good time'.
Julianna Margulies is nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series category for her role in hit legal drama 'The Good Wife'.
